We are pleased to share a special moment in the story of our family business. After many years of growth and collaboration, a new chapter begins: the next generation is ready to take the helm.
For more than 35 years, we have been building our company with heart and soul, driven by a passion for agriculture, technology, and innovation. Together with our customers and suppliers, we have developed machines for mechanical and thermal weed control, vegetable harvesting, and further processing. We have never walked this path alone — your trust and cooperation have always been an essential part of our success.
After more than three decades of entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, and daily commitment, founders Johan Vanhoucke and Lut Desmedt proudly pass the torch to their three children: Steven, Maarten, and Miet Vanhoucke.
As of 2026, we will officially take over the management of the company. Each of us has been actively involved in the business for many years and has contributed closely to its growth and evolution. From our different roles, we share the same values and vision: listening to real-world practice, investing in quality, and continuing to innovate together with you.
Johan and Lut will remain involved in the future, in the background. Their knowledge and experience will continue to be an important support, while at the same time allowing them more room for travel and well-deserved leisure time. With peace of mind and great pride, they entrust the continued growth of the company to the next generation.
